Pricing questions
- Who counts as a billable member?
- Anyone with a workspace role of Member, Admin or Owner. Guests do not count, and neither do service accounts — an API token should not cost you a seat.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your workspace stays and your data stays. Paid features stop until you pick a plan; nothing is deleted for not choosing one.
- Can we change plan later?
- Up or down at any time. Changes are prorated.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes, at a discount to monthly. Enterprise can be invoiced.
- Is there a discount for non-profits or education?
- Yes — get in touch and tell us about your organisation.
