Kill the daily meeting. Keep the daily answer.
Everyone writes three lines when it suits them, and the team reads the board when it suits them. No timezone argument, and a record that is still there next month.

The draft already knows most of it
Krrim fills in what it can see from your activity and your assigned work. You edit and post — the point is thirty seconds, not a writing exercise.
Yesterday, from your activity
What you actually moved, drawn from the task history rather than from memory at 9am.
Today, from your assignments
What is currently yours and in progress. Edit it down to what you really intend to do.
Blockers, from your links
Your tasks that are waiting on somebody else, already listed.
A draft is labelled a draft
Until you submit, your entry is marked as assembled by Krrim. A machine-written summary passed off as your own words is worse than none.
Skip is a real answer
A skipped day is recorded as skipped, so nobody has to work out whether you were away or just quiet.
Your schedule
Admins choose which days standups run and when the day opens and closes — in the workspace timezone, not UTC.
What the team is actually holding
The worklist
Beside each entry, everything that person actually has open — across projects, not only what they remembered to mention.
Blockers view
Everything currently blocking, across the team. The one section where somebody else’s answer changes what you do next.
History that stays true
A past day shows what was written that day. Recomputing "what I am doing today" for a date in August would be false, not stale.
Questions people ask
- What if someone is in a project I cannot see?
- Their worklist shows you only what you are allowed to see, and tells you how many items are hidden rather than quietly showing a shorter list.
- Does it write my standup for me?
- It drafts one from your activity and clearly marks it as a draft. Nothing is posted under your name until you submit it.
- Can I read last month’s standups?
- Yes. Entries are kept, and a past board shows exactly what was written — not a recomputation from today’s state.
