Terms of Service

1. The agreement

This is an agreement between you (and, where you sign up on behalf of an organization, that organization — “Customer”) and Pybex Technology Private Limited (“Pybex”, “we”, “us”) for use of the Krrim application and related websites (the “Service”).

If you are accepting these terms for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly at security@krrim.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
• One account is for one person. Accounts are not to be shared. If you need an account for a script, use an API token and a service account, which exists for exactly that.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in the content you put into Krrim. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, transmit, display and back it up — only so far as is needed to provide the Service to you.

We do not use your content to train machine learning models, and we do not sell it. We access it only where you ask us to as part of support, or where legally compelled.

You are responsible for your content, including for having the right to store it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.
• Try to access another customer’s workspace or data, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a good-faith security disclosure.
• Circumvent rate limits or authentication, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Resell or white-label the Service without our written agreement.

Security research conducted in good faith and reported to security@krrim.com is welcome and is not a breach of this section.

5. Fees

• Paid plans are billed in advance, per billing period, for the number of billable members in the workspace.
• Adding members mid-period is prorated. Removing them takes effect at the next period.
• Fees exclude taxes, which are added where applicable.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. A change takes effect at your next renewal, never mid-period.
• Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

If payment fails we will tell you and retry. Persistent non-payment may lead to suspension, after notice.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and will give advance notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. Except where a separate written agreement says otherwise, the Service is provided without a contractual uptime commitment.

Support is provided by email at support@krrim.com, at the level your plan includes.

7. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the data processing addendum applies and forms part of this agreement.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and documentation, remains the property of Pybex and its licensors. Nothing here transfers those rights to you beyond the right to use the Service under this agreement.

Feedback you send us may be used freely, without obligation or compensation.

9. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment after notice, or where required by law.
• Where circumstances allow, we will give notice and an opportunity to put the breach right first.

After termination you have 30 days to export your data, after which it is deleted from the Service. See account deletion.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pybex against claims arising from your content or from your use of the Service in breach of these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the application. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you may close your workspace before then.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
