One sharing model, not two
Docs belong to a project and inherit its access. There is no second permission system to keep in sync with the first.
Project membership decides everything
Someone who cannot see the project cannot see its docs, cannot find them in search, and gets "not found" rather than "no permission".
Attachments are checked too
A link to an attachment enforces the same check as the thing it is attached to, so a URL that escapes into an email is still useless outside the project.

- If it is true for more than one task — how to run a release, why you chose the thing you chose, onboarding notes — it is a doc. If it is about one task, it belongs in that task.
